Since beginning her legal career in 2012, Monique has developed substantial expertise in navigating the legal process on behalf of individuals and families impacted by serious injury and loss.
Holding an Applied Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Support and Services, Monique combines formal legal education with real-world experience to deliver dependable, knowledgeable support to both clients and attorneys. Her deep understanding of civil procedure, case management, and client care makes her an indispensable part of the Maher & Maher litigation team.
Monique’s commitment to personal injury law is rooted in personal experience. After being struck as a pedestrian, she gained firsthand insight into the physical, emotional, and financial toll that injury victims face. That experience transformed into a powerful calling: to advocate for others facing similar hardship, ensuring they receive the attention, care, and justice they deserve.
Originally from Fairfax, Virginia, Monique relocated to Colorado in 2021, drawn by the state’s natural beauty and active lifestyle. Her strong East Coast work ethic—shaped in part by years of working in fast-paced legal environments—now meets the resilience and compassion she brings to every client interaction.
