Melody is a warm, welcoming, and highly capable legal assistant who serves as the first point of contact for clients at Maher & Maher. With a background in marketing, design, and philanthropic service, Melody brings a unique blend of creativity, professionalism, and compassion to her role—ensuring every client feels seen, heard, and supported from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone.
Since joining Maher & Maher, Melody has become an integral part of the team, managing front-office operations with precision and care. Her responsibilities include answering calls, greeting clients, scheduling court dates and meetings, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow for attorneys and staff. Her cheerful demeanor and genuine heart for service make her a trusted and comforting presence for clients navigating difficult legal situations.
Melody holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising with a minor in Graphic Design from Grand Canyon University. Prior to her legal career, she worked at a Philanthropic Advisory Firm, where she honed her skills in client relations and service excellence. Her strong foundation in customer service, paired with her creative insight, allows her to approach each interaction with empathy and effectiveness.
A proud Colorado Springs native and daughter of a retired Marine Corps family, Melody is deeply rooted in values of resilience, integrity, and community. Outside of work, she leads a vibrant and adventurous life—enjoying line dancing, watercolor painting, spending time with friends, and exploring Colorado’s stunning outdoors.
