Gillian is a kind, warm, and friendly soul who loves to hear people’s stories and help them through life’s most difficult journeys. At Maher & Maher Law, she is dedicated to high-quality and consistent client communication to ensure every client receives a first-class experience. She is the paralegal for all non-DUI criminal matters and manages client mitigation recommendations for all criminal cases. She works directly with the attorneys from start to finish and ensures every client is seen, heard, and supported throughout the legal process.
Gillian is currently pursuing her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Pikes Peak State College, where she has studied various areas of law, including criminal, family, civil, and constitutional law. Her academic journey reflects a deep passion for learning and a genuine commitment to expanding her knowledge in legal writing and research to better serve our clients. She finds purpose in helping people navigate the often-confusing court system with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Gillian also brings valuable courtroom experience to her role, often assisting in trials and at hearings and working closely with the attorneys to ensure thorough preparation and support. Her comfort and familiarity in the courtroom help clients feel more at ease and ensure that no detail is overlooked.
Having lived in Colorado for over 10 years, Gillian is happily married and the proud mother of two wonderful, energetic boys. Outside of work and school, she enjoys singing, playing the piano, hiking, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
