There was a time when Personal Injury was not woven into the fabric of our daily lives. Growing up in Colorado Springs, I remember a time when there was nothing east of Powers Boulevard and nothing north of Woodmen Road until you get to Chapel Hills Mall, then, again, nothing until you hit Monument. Now, Colorado Springs is as expansive as your eye can see and hails as the most populated county in Colorado. Of late, no part of Colorado Springs has experienced more meaningful growth than the Monument region. Given the views and easy access to, both, commercial vibrancy and the mountains, it is easy to see why the region has seen such a boom. Having an office squarely in the northern region, we see the growth firsthand every day.

Aside from the obvious attractions like Great Wolf Lodge, Bass Pro Shop, Magnum, Scheels, In-N-Out Burger and Overdrive Speedway, the thing we are most interested in seeing on the north end is the new orthopedic and spinal care facility being developed on Interquest Parkway, to be helmed by Penrose-St. Francis Health Services. As Personal Injury Lawyers, we service many clients that are forced to drive through the gap to get the type of care they need in Denver. We have always found this to be a serious inconvenience to those that were recently in a wreck. The last thing someone wants to do after getting in a wreck is get in a car, drive through heavy traffic for hours and have a surgery done in a community they do not call home. With the new orthopedic and spinal care facility in town, some of our most seriously injured clients will be spared from that unfortunate experience. The facility is expected to be nearly as large as the St-Francis facility on Powers and will have 72 beds 10 operating rooms. A stones throw away from the to be built hospital, we are excited to see the construction commence from our very own office windows. Hopefully, the $150 million dollar price tag (Hospital Cost) does not result in higher costs for folks in need of surgical care, but I digress.

Growing up here, it has been amazing to see what Colorado Springs has accomplished, and I hope we continue to be the first choice for those in our community that need Personal Injury representation for generations to come.
